Maintenance
Always have updated information on your vehicle’s fuel or battery level, airbag, and odometer status in addition to tyre pressure. Receive Vehicle Health Alert notifications whenever a fault is detected.
Remote operations
Use the Vehicle Finder feature to locate your car anywhere. Lock and unlock the doors or flash the headlights remotely. If you have an electric or plug-in hybrid vehicle, schedule battery-charging sessions and precondition the cabin turning on the air conditioning remotely.
Connected navigation
For the vehicles equipped with the navigation system, each trip can be planned in advance via the FIAT app. For the electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles, you can easily find the nearest public charging station and check how far you can drive with the residual battery level.

Thanks to My Alert Lite you can always keep an eye on your vehicle wherever you are receiving a push notification on the app, SMS and email in case of attempted theft.

How to activate the connected services?
After purchasing your vehicle, complete the account registration on the FIAT app or on the MyUconnect.Fiat website using the same email given to the dealer during the vehicle purchase. Once you complete the activation, you will receive a confirmation email and your connected services will be ready for use!

Es wird
Nachdem es jetzt eine Rückrufaktion für unseren Primo gab, kann man jetzt auch am Tag nachdem man das Auto abgestellt hat, das Auto Remote über die App steuern (Heizung an, ..,) das hat über ein Jahr gedauert und dem Support war der Fehler nicht bekannt. Das ist kein Kommunikationshighlight für Fiat intern. Aber jetzt funktioniert es ja.
Was ich gut finde, dass es 5 Ladestufen gibt. Und das Auto in der Ladestufe 1 nur mit ca 2,6 A je Phase lädt. Das hilft mir bei der Überschussladung aus meiner Solarananlage, da im Winter nicht so viel Überschuss anfällt.
Was mir jetzt aber fehlt, ist dass ich die Ladestufen nicht nur im Auto einstellen kann sondern auch Remote zB über die App. Dann könnte ich bei mehr Überschuss schneller laden. Über die wallbox funktioniert das nicht, weil die erst ab 5 A regeln.
Wäre klasse, wenn das eingebaut wird!

Ladestatus funktioniert nicht…..
Eigentlich ist die App ganz gut und in den letzten Monaten wurde sie auch immer wieder verbessert. Seit einigen Wochen funktioniert bei mir der Ladestatus allerdings nicht mehr. Es wird permanent 100% und volle Reichweite angezeigt. Entsprechend werden keine Informationen zur Restreichweite oder verbleibenden Ladedauer angezeigt. Auch eine Neuinstallation der App konnte das Problem nicht beheben.
Alle anderen Funktionen arbeiten problemlos.

Adhoc Klimatisierung fehlt
Zu ihrer Antwort: Ich habe den Neuen 500e - da sollte es funktionieren laut Händler! Auch scheint ihr Pfad veraltet, da ich bereits über den Pfad mit Uconnect in der App arbeite. Dort funktionieren die Buttons FAQ und Kontakt leider nicht. Schade. Haben sie noch einen Tipp?
Kein App Update (IOS) wird angezeigt, aber immer noch fehlt bei mir der Klimabutton. Im Winter als auch im Sommer möchte ich gerne spontan das Auto vorkühlen/-heizen, aber leider gibt es den Button Klima, wie bei vielen anderen Usern laut Netz, auch bei mir nicht. Das können andere Elektromobilität-Apps besser ( Selbst Twingo kann es und Tesla sowieso) Die Programmierung geht, aber nützt mir nichts, da ich keine festen Zeiten habe. Schade. Habe das Auto seit 2/23 nagelneu
