New Borrow Feature:
* Borrow is a reusable container program by Fill it Forward that allows specific users to Borrow and Return containers.
* Borrow can only be used if you are associated to a specific program, information about it can be seen on the landing screen
* “Borrow” is now the third item in the navigation bar, “Groups” has moved under the “You” section
Post scan impact screen has changed - it now shows a thank you with the contributor’s logo and donation linked.
Global user limit of 20 scans has been implemented.
New app rating and feedback modal.
Bug fixes and UI improvements:
* Hydration bug with time zones fixed.

Hello! Thanks for reaching out!
This issue with the app on iOS 13 has been resolved through an update. Once you update the app if you exit and re-enter the app the issue should be resolved. If that doesn't resolve the issue I would try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
