• Added a way to view your Last Workout details on Apple Watch, simply scroll down from the HOME view.
• Added several performance enhancements to the Apple Watch app.
• Fixed an issue causing some Apple Watch workouts to be duplicated when transferred to the iPhone app.
• Lowered the metrics update frequency to 5 seconds when streaming workout from Apple Watch to iPhone.

You can now link MotiFIT Ride with Strava for automatic or manual workout uploads. Simply Authenticate your Strava Account under MORE > Data Sharing.
Another major change is that you only need one MotiFIT membership for all three apps now. This means that if you currently have an active PRO membership from any of the apps, you now will now have access to the other apps as well. This also means that only one active subscription is required moving forward. If you are currently subscribed to more than one of our apps, you can TURN OFF the additional auto-renewing memberships.
Other Changes:
• Now saving heart rate samples in Apple Health as they are being read from the pulse monitor instead of only at the end of the workout.
• Added quick start workout via 3D touch / force touch in iPhone app.
• Fixed an issue preventing GPX / TCX workout exports from being imported in Strava.

NOTE: Many underlying code changes were required to comply with upcoming iOS / watchOS versions. We've worked very hard to not introduce any problem with these changes but if you see anything out of the ordinary plus send us an email to let us know your observations.

The major new feature in this version is Voice Feedback for workouts started on Apple Watch. You can choose to hear the Apple Watch workout voice feedback on your watch or on your phone.
We've also added the ability to receive haptic (vibration) feedback when your heart rate changes zone on Apple Watch.
You can turn on these new features by FORCE pressing on Apple Watch during a workout.
The main workout view on Apple Watch has also been completely revamped. It's customizable so you can decide which stats you care about the most. Simply TAP on a metric to change its value.
Other Changes:
- Added enhancements for streaming HR data from Watch to phone.
- Added the ability to read health data (HR, Calories, etc) from Apple Health when manually entering a workout from the WORKOUTS > ADD menu.
- Enhanced the HR graphs to make the text easier to read.
- Added a SET HRTRIBE option under the heart rate info section to make it easier for PELOTON users.
- Updated CSV export to fix issue with commas preventing proper auto formatting in excel
- Fixed a problem preventing the app to open properly for some users on Apple Watch.
- Other minor tweaks and fixes

We are very excited about the new Apple Watch as well as the release of watchOS 3 and iOS 10. This new release mostly contains enhancements for watchOS 3 and iOS 10.
We've also been hard at work upgrading our cloud server architecture to keep up with the increasing user base. To avoid corruption of your app settings, please update all three of our apps (MotiFIT, MotiFIT Run & MotiFIT Ride) to version 3.1.0.
iOS Changes:
• Implemented a Bluetooth heart rate monitor battery level icon to the iPhone app with an optional warning alert if the battery reaches a certain level.
• Added the ability to change the heart rate zone names.
• Added the ability to choose between AUTO or MANUAL Cloud data sync in order to help users with bad cell reception.
• Many other performance enhancements and minor tweaks.

• Added an all NEW workout intensity view with various customization options. Tap a data metric and it will change to a different value.
