Suche funktioniert nur bedingt und es fehlt ein Verlauf
An sich sehr gut gemacht und genau das, was man sich so unter einer News-App vorstellt. Man kann aus vielen Nachrichten seine persönlich bevorzugten Themen zusammengefasst anzeigen lassen und bekommt diese übersichtlich präsentiert. Alles völlig kostenlos und ohne großartige Werbung. Allerdings funktioniert die Suche echt nicht gut. Ebenso vermisse ich einen Verlauf, welcher angelegt wird, mit den Artikeln, welche ich gelesen habe. Es passiert mir öfter, dass ich im Kontrollzentrum einen Artikel anklicke und ihn lese, zwischendurch dann aber raus gehe oder unterbrochen werde. Diesen Artikel dann wieder zu finden ist reines Glücksspiel. Über die Suchfunktion braucht man es erst gar nicht versuchen. Weder Schlagworte noch Teile der Überschrift bringen einen zum Artikel. Da wäre eben der Verlauf, was ich gelesen habe, sehr hilfreich. Wenn das noch funktionieren würde, habe es von mir auf jeden Fall volle Sterne.
Super Nachrichten App
Die App nutze ich seit Jahren und Berichte nun bei Gelegenheit über sie, aufgrund des neuen Designs. Die App ist sehr schön gestaltet und fügt sich perfekt in iOS ein. Apple könnte sich mal ein Beispiel an das Design der App nehmen. Sehr minimalistisch gehalten, perfekt strukturiert und ein schöne Oberfläche. Ich hab heute den neuen Modus ausprobiert und fand die App nach wie vor sehr gut. Am schönsten finde ich den internen Reader der App. Der ist sehr kompatibel mit den meisten Seiten und schont die Augen gut beim lesen und den Akku bei OLED. Allerdings ich hätte ein Verbesserungsvorschlag. Ein automatischer Reader! Es sollte die Möglichkeit geben, in den Einstellungen diese Funktion einzubauen, die man an und ausschalten kann. Würde die App den Reader automatisch aktivieren (sowie bei Safari) dann würde das viel entspannter für den Leser sein; der die meisten Artikel nachts noch im Bett liest. Dann muss man nicht bei jedem Artikel den Reader aktivieren. Ansonsten eine sehr gute App; die ich weiterhin gerne nutzen werde.
Beste News App mit Twitter als News-Quelle
Nutze Flipboard seit Jahren und bin voll zufrieden. Tipp: Twitter Account nehmen, dort bei allen interessanten Nachrichtenseiten und Blogs folgen (Tagesschau, FAZ, Zeit online, etc.) und dann Twitter in Flipboard einbinden - besser geht nicht. Wie eine Illustrierte mit den Quellen, die man mag.
Mit den Nachrichten die News Apps vorschlagen wär ich nicht halb so gut versorgt. Entweder hätte ich Doppelte Nachrichten wenn ich zusätzlich meine Quellen lese, oder mir fehlen Nachrichten wenn ich nur die News einer News-App lesen würde. Mit Twitter kann ich aber genau die in Flipboard lesen, die ich mir selbst ausgesucht hab.
Ich hab dann noch ein Magszin "Später lesen" angelegt in das ich z.B. aus dem Browser, oder irgendwoher Nachrichten ablegen kann, die mit für den Moment zu viel Lesezeit kosten würden.
Probiert auch mal Pinterest aus - ähnlich coole App nur nicht für Nachrichten, sondern für Inspirationen...
