Wenn ich in der App auf Herrenartikel tippe und anschließend zb in der Kategorie Schuhe auf Running, öffnet sich nur eine weiße Seite. Unten rechts ist das Safari Logo um die Seite in Safari zu öffnen. Tippe ich darauf öffnet sich eine Fehler Seite dass sich die Seite nicht öffnen lässt. Ein Tipp oben in den link beantwortet dann die Frage aufs wieso. Geöffnet wird https://footlocker/.de/...

ABER:
Ich wollte die Air Jordan Retro 4 x off white lieber in einem Store reservieren lassen oder je nachdem auch online kaufen. In der App steht jedoch nur wann die Sneaker gedroppt sind. Man kann nicht einmal nachsehen wo diese verfügbar sind. Reservieren konnte man sie weder vor dem offiziellen Drop, noch danach nicht. Total unnötig die dann anzukündigen... in der Service-Hotline haben die mal wieder keine Ahnung von irgendwas, in einem kleinerem Footlocker sagte man mir die seien ab Freitag online bei Footlocker erhältlich und auch in dem großen Store eine City weiter... habe dann in dem großen Store angerufen, angeblich haben sie die nicht. Habe nachgeschaut, nicht einmal in München oder FFM soll es die geben. Warum also wirbt man etwas an was man scheinbar doch nicht anbieten kann... unverständlich. Die Konkurrenten von Footlocker sind da vom Service und den Apps her wesentlich zuverlässiger.
Nicht über sofort bestellen
Ich habe dort über sofort bezahlt , aber die Bestellung ist nicht eingegangen, weshalb einfach nur das Geld abgezogen worden ist ohne, dass das Paket gekommen wär. Das ist natürlich sehr nervig . Aber der Kundensupport ist freundlich und hat schnell eine Erstattung eingeleitet.
