meldet formatfehler obwohl eigene videos.. iphone SE ios 10.3.2

Videos kann man nur bis 30 Sek laden, ansonsten Upgrade für 90 Cent Aufpreis. Wenn man das Upgrade kaufen will, kommt die ganze Zeit ne Fehlermeldung mit falscher Apple-ID, was definitiv ein Systemfehler ist.
