A wearable device is not required but will provide better fidelity of measurements.

Simple non invasive method to estimate bio age

Using advanced AI and learning from the user data, this app provides two simple metrics to estimate biological age (“how do I compare to people born on the same day”) and resilience (“how long does it take me to recover from sickness”). Created by bona fide researchers, this is one health and lifestyle app to trust. Highly recommended.
