Using the GetMyInvoices App, you can easily record your receipts and documents on the go. All you have to do is take a picture of your documents with your smartphone, and our GetMyInvoices App will automatically take care of the rest for you. That includes the reliable invoice data retrieval via the integrated OCR. With the GetMyInvoices App, you can also directly view, edit and forward records, no matter where you are. Fully digital, paper documents are being turned into complete datasets in less than two seconds.

App funktioniert sehr gut… aber
… warum kann man nicjt auch die Dokumente sehen, die schon abgelegt sind??? Kommt das noch?
Stürzt immer ab
Versuche seit einer halben Stunde 3 Rechnungen hoch zu laden. Die erste (über 10 Seiten lang) klappt immer, wird hochgeladen. Die zweite Riesen Rechnung ist soweit fotografiert, klicke auf fertig... lädt hoch. Dann fotografiere ich die dritte große Rechnung, klicke auf fertig, alles stürzt ab. Wenn ich in die App wieder rein gehe sind KEINE der 3 Rechnungen noch in der Übersicht drinnen. Nur die erste wurde aber hochgeladen wenn ich am PC schaue. Die zweite wurde nicht mehr hochgeladen und alle 3 sind in der App nicht mehr auffindbar. So mache ich jetzt immer 3 Rechnungen damit die 1ste von den 3 hochgeladen ist und fange immer wieder fast von vorne an.
Es ist sehr umständlich dass man bei jeder Seite den Blitz immer wieder neu antippen muss. Bei 30 Seiten nervt das schon nach einer Weile. Und von anderen Scan apps bin ich es gewohnt dass es kein normales Foto ist sondern sofort nachgearbeitet werden kann zu einem „Dokument“ und das alles nicht aussieht wie ein normales Foto sondern ein sehr gut belichtetes Schwarz Weiß Dokument.
Wegen den Abstürzen kann ich vorerst die App garnicht nutzen... hoffentlich ist das bald behoben 😩
Läd langsam und blockiert den Workflow
Die App ist von der Idee her gut, nur leider nicht fertig gedacht. Ich würde die Entwickler bitten, die Alltagssituationen auch selbst einmal zu testen. Es fällt auf, dass man bei mehreren Belegen, die man hintereinander viel Wartezeit benötigt, da die App nach einem Scan, den darauf folgenden Scan blockiert. Da dreht sich eine Ladeanzeige, weil die OCR Verarbeitung läuft und ich muss erstmal warten, bis alles fertig ist. Das dauert gerne mal 20-30 Sekunden und das bei einem iPhone 12. Also bin ich dazu über gegangen, die App nur im Notfall zu verwenden und muss den alten Büroscanner nutzen um zügig arbeiten zu können.
Außerdem will die automatische Erkennung einfach nur A4 Seiten erkennen. So ein kleines Parkticket wird stumpf ignoriert und muss manuell zugeschnitten werden.
Fazit, die App macht manchmal mehr Arbeit als sie erleichtert.
