Issue with settings

A user has messaged me on the Gleeden platform, but when I try to open the message (on the iPhone app) I receive a notification that "this user/profile is not compatible with you." I cannot then open her message or access her profile.

How can we eliminate this issue?

Ich nutze sie jetzt seit 4 Monaten und es sind einfach keine Nutzer da. Schlecht! Hatte gehofft, dass sich etwas ändert, aber es passiert nix. Ließ die App nur nebenbei laufen, da ich noch Coins hatte. Habe die App heute trotz 16 Coins gelöscht! Die App ist einfach tot.

Keine Transparenz bezüglich den Kosten! Da steht für ein Chat eröffnen 3Coins und wenn die Andere antwortet 4 Coins. Bei mir wurden aber 8Coins abgezogen! Ein no go!!!

Dazu kommt auch das mit dem "Sie sind nicht mehr kompatibel". Was mir einen faden Beigeschmack gibt. Als ob die paar Leute, die da sind, nur dafür da sind, einem das Geld aus den Taschen zu ziehen.

Fazit: Löschen. Nicht ärgern. Leergeld!
