control from abroad
As we are usually living abroad with a second place in the Philippines it is helpful to have this app to control and load our router so the family can make use of the internet. There have been some hick-ups at the beginning, but now I am satisfied with the app.

Globe pulls your money
Being a registered prepaid user.
Tried for hours at the NAIA airport to unsubscribe from the weekly auto data subscription. Globe promised in the app the unsubscribe is possible at any time. I pressed unsubscribe, then the question was coming are you sure, yes/no. Pressing yes, the next moment the message was coming: “ oh snap. We encountered an error. Please go back and try again. “
This I’m doing now frequently over weeks now. No success to unsubscribe. Week by week globe is pulling money off from my account, even though I cannot use the data flat rate outside the Philippines.
I call it fraud
