Description
With the "GLS Parcels" app, users can manage their GLS parcels to track incoming deliveries and send packages more easily by purchasing shipping labels directly within the app.
TRACK PARCELS
- Track new parcels by entering a parcel number or tracking ID
- Customize parcel details for more straightforward tracking (name and icon)
- Display all tracked parcels (incoming, outgoing, and archived)
- Option to delete tracked parcels
- View detailed parcel and delivery information such as the delivery date and live tracking
- Select a new delivery option for parcels in transit, such as delivering to a neighbor or a local shop
- Track parcels automatically in the app by adding email addresses to your account
SEND PARCELS
- Set up shipping labels by entering parcel details like size, destination country, and sender and recipient information
- Store addresses in the address book to simplify the purchase process
- Make payments via PayPal or credit card (Visa/Mastercard)
- Receive order confirmations and receipts via email
- Print shipping labels at home
- Print shipping labels at the parcel shop using a Mobile parcel label or QR Code
- View all shipping labels (active, inactive, and archived)
SHOPS
- Locate nearby GLS parcel shops (geolocation available)
- Search for parcel shops in a specific location
- View store details such as opening hours and distance
SIGN-UP / LOG-IN
- Register as a new user and retain app-generated data, like tracked parcels and shipping labels
- Log in with an existing GLS account
- Log out of the app, which removes all local data
- Change your account password
- Delete your GLS account and all app data
SETTINGS
- Update your account details
- Establish and modify a "Permanent Leave Permission"
- Offer feedback on the app
- Opt to rate the app
- Report any issues
- Access all legal details about the app
NOTIFICATIONS
- Adjust notification settings in the app preferences

Version 5.7.3
With this app version, GLS Parcel users can now track their packages even more precisely and view shipments in the parcel stations. Additionally, the delivery time window is now displayed down to the minute, if available. Additionally, users can now send parcels with ParcelLockers without screen.

Die App ist verständlich aufgebaut, nur der Sendungsverlauf nicht. Da kommen unvollständige Informationen wie die Ankunft in einen Paketzentrum, dann die Ankunft im Paketzentrum usw. Besser wäre in welchem Paketzentrum damit man den Verlauf auch nachvollziehen kann.
Einfaches Handling
Ich bin komplett begeistert und versende inzwischen nur noch meine Pakete über euch.
Die App ist einfach zu bedienen, sehr übersichtlich und die Lieferungen immer schnell.

Unbrauchbar
Life-Tracking ist der letzte Müll. Um 9 Uhr zeigt die App noch 13 Stationen an. Kurz danach noch 3 Stationen, mit der Information das die Lieferung unmittelbar bevorsteht. Keine 10 min später ist das Tracking zu. nicht erreichbar und hat sich vom letzten Standort ca. 20 km entfernt! Per Email erfolgt dann die Information das meine Lieferung im laufe des Tages erfolgt, obwohl lt. Tracking das Fahrzeug nur ca. 3 km entfernt war. Bevor ich es vergesse, das Paket ist schon zwei Tage überfällig! Abschließend noch ein Tip. Schaut euch mal bei DHL um. Dort klappt das hervorragend, und das in der Großstadt!
