Once you have downloaded the app and created an account, you can find all available GO Sharing vehicles in the app. Find a sharing vehicle near you, easily start it with the app and enjoy your ride. Finished driving? Park within the service area and end your ride in the app.

An alle Anfänger: übt erstmal ne gute Weile in einem Park oder in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, bevor ihr auf die Hauptstraße fahrt. Man unterschätzt leicht die Kraft und Geschwindigkeit eines Mopeds.
GO bietet für 5ct mehr die Minute eine Selbstbeteiligung von 0€ an, was ich sehr fair finde. Es sind auch fast immer zwei Helme mit dabei, was manchmal sehr gut sein kann, wenn man eine/n Freund*in dabei hat.

Übersichtlich und einfach zu verstehen
Die App ist gut gemacht. Klare Struktur ohne viel Schnickschnack. Der Support-Chat ist ein Highlight. Keine automatisierten Antworten auf Fragen, die niemand gestellt hat, sondern kompetente Mitarbeiter, die wirklich helfen. Und das alles auch in Deutscher Sprache. Vorbildlich 👍
Unzuverlässig und teuer
Ich habe das Moped einige Male ausprobiert.
Jedes Mal stehe ich 2-5 Minuten lang vor dem Helmbox. Die klemmt permanent und lässt sich nicht über die App öffnen. So geht jedesmal einfach Geld verloren! Oft sind Mopeds beschädigt, es fehlen die Seitenspiegel.
Vielleicht solltet ihr mal über eure Preise nachdenken. Ein Smart, was Wetterfest und sicherer ist kostet über Sharing Anbieter einige Cent weniger als eure Mopeds. Mega schade!
