Grenzt an Betrug
Mir wurden CHF 43 in der App angezeigt. Gezahlt habe ich tatsächlich CHF 72, da bei Bestellung per Telefon der angezeigte Preis nicht gilt. Konnte aber nur per Telefon bestellen. Andere Möglichkeit gab es nicht. Das grenzt an Betrug. Meine Beschwerde per E-Mail wurde ganz lapidar abgewimmelt. Dann doch besser bei UBER bestellen.
Kreditkartendaten abgegriffen
Beim Versuch über die App ein Taxi zu bestellen wurden meine Kreditkartendaten abgegriffen und daraufhin in betrügerischer Absicht eingesetzt.
Dem Kreditkartenprovider ist dies aber sofort aufgefallen, die Karte wurde gesperrt und weiterer Schaden verhindert.
Daher von meiner Seite „0“ Sterne.
