Worst company ever
I can’t really explain how bad the customer support is.
First: English support is nearly not existing. Some features are not working.
Emails are not answered at all.
Result: tickets expired, money gone. I don’t understand, how this company can still exist. Hope it will disappear from the market as quickly as possible.
