Google Admin lets you manage your account for Google Workspace and other Google services, on-the-go. Add and manage users and groups, contact support, and view audit logs for your organization.
FOR WHOM? - This app is for super admins who use the Admin Console to manage Google Workspace or other Google services for their organization.
It provides the following features:
• User Management - Reset passwords and add, edit, suspend, delete, and restore users
• Group Management - Add, edit, or delete groups, and view and add group members. Email, chat, and schedule meetings with group members directly from the app.
• Audit Logs - Review logs

Völlig nutzlos - Microsoft machts besser!!
Diese App erscheint am Anfang sehr praktisch. Mal einen Nutzer anlegen. Mal Nutzer zu Gruppen hinzufügen oder ein Passwort resetten. Leider täuscht dies nicht über die wahnsinnig schlechte Umsetzung hinweg. Nahezu alle „erweiterten Funktionen“ welche man aus der Web Oberfläche kennt fehlen völlig. Verlinkungen funktionieren nicht. Aliasse lassen sich gar nicht verwalten. Organisationseinheiten, Account- und Abrechnungsdetails, sowie Lizenzen ebenso nicht.
Die App wirkt wie ein Studentenprojekt was man in kürzester Zeit zusammen klicken musste um die 3 Basic Funktionen „irgendwie“ da rein zubekommen. Einfach schlecht und unprofessionell. Finger weg!
Fürs schlichte hinzufügen
Wenn ich überlege, welche Funktion brauche ich Mobil am meisten?
Neue Nutzer hinzufügen, zu Gruppen hinzufügen oder Passwörter resetten.
Genau das aber auch nicht mehr kann diese App.
Unbrauchbar unter iOS 18
Stürzt immer direkt ab seit dem Upgrade auf iOS 18. Unbrauchbar.
Auch vorher konnte man mit der App nicht viel Sinnvolles machen, außer Benutzer sperren und Kennwörter zurücksetzen. Insgesamt nicht zu empfehlen.
