Alles in allem klappt das super 👍🏼
Super App, unkompliziert und intuitiv. 2 Mängel sollten beseitigt werden: in der App kann man kein Trinkgeld hinzufügen und auch Gutscheine lassen sich im Bezahlvorgang nicht einlösen. Daher nur 4 Sterne, denn über die Internetseite sind diese Dinge möglich! Ansonsten die beste Alternative zu Lieferando! Top!
Nicht ganz ausgereift
Wenn bereits +49 voreingestellt ist, genügt normalerweise die Vorwahl ohne die null. Macht man dies, kommt eine Fehlermeldung und man muss die gesamte Adresse neu eingeben. Nervig und führt bestimmt oft zu Abbrüchen.
Zudem wird nicht aufmerksam auf die gewünschte „Bezahlart“ hingewiesen. Passt man nicht auf kommt automatisch „Barzahlung“ und lässt sich nicht mehr ändern. Was nun, wenn ich kein Bargeld im Haus hab? Dringend nachbessern! Danke!
Ist okay
Bisher einige Male bestellt und per PayPal bezahlt. Klappt zuverlässig. Lieferzeiten + -10 Minuten auch eingehalten. Essen ist okay, schmeckt auch den Kindern.
Das Speisenangebot könnte noch etwas verbessert werden. Aber insgesamt vier Sterne.
