Refund takes so long

I don't know what happened to GoTrade. It used to be good. I encountered this problem before, regarding expired funding activity and then gotrade immediately refunded my money. But now, it's been 3 days already but I am still waiting for that small amount of money. What happened? I gave you all the proof. That Rapyd just deducted the money from my account in just split seconds and now I am waiting for days already just to get my money back. How come? Is it hard for you to review the transaction history? I know it is easy because you can see all of my transactions I had with you. I even used the same account and same E-Wallet.

I don't recommend this app anymore.

High withdrawal fee

Amongst other fees charged by Gotrade, the user pays 50 usd withdrawal fee per transaction and it can take up to 5 days. This is ridiculous. I will not be using their services anymore. My investment on this app was a loss in every respect. Be careful when using this app and don't believe all the positive reviews or online video as they don't mention the negative.
