dysfunctional!
the payment/ bono virtual function is dysfunctional to the point that i am tempted to say its a scam!!!
i bought 10€, used 1 unit.
on the next trip i activated tje ticket before tje bus artived, but then the bus didnt have a reading device and the driver forced me to pay cash.
now i tried to use it again, but activating a ticket for a ride always resulted in „network connection error“.
the „app support“ link here in the app store leads to a page with 1000 options but its totally unclear where to go to get assistance for that case.
even though this might be just accidental breakage it’s a level of negligence that feels like fraud and has essentialky the same effect on me.
