Gymkhana Mobile App Idea got birth by getting through the problems being faced by the Gymkhana Members and in between Hospitality staff member. As it seems difficult for Club Member to reserve physically all activities of Gymkhana Club like Food Order, Dine In or Take away order Sports Complex activity as well. Same on the other hand for Hospitality Staff, Management Staff, and Account Staff too. Mobile App has been designed intensely to solve all of above mentioned issues.
Club Smart App Installation is first and foremost step to get intermediary services. Club member personal information is saved into the app. Every member can sign in via OTP Verification. Club members can avail and entertain their selves by using their Palm top. Club members has been facilitated by giving the features of Room reservation, Food Order reservation, take Away Order, Self-Food Ordering by using Tabs .Payment Gateway has also been provided to entertain club smart App members as they can pay through Debit/Credit Cards, Jazz Cash, Easy Paisa.
By giving an ID of any member with a single click all ledger detail could be seen. Moreover Management and account staff also can have all kitchen stock reports and bills of every single member with on finger click on daily basis as well monthly sale summery.
Help Desk is an attractiveness of Mobile App to honor respectable guest in case of any in convenience.
Additionally E- Polling system is a rich and healthy feature of the Club Smart App as it’s necessarily required.
