When trying to build a new habit it helps to keep track of how often you are performing the activity you want to convert into a habit.

With Habit Tracker, you will be able to set your goals, choose the frequency and start tracking which days you complete each goal. You can set the number of times a day, week or month you want to complete the activity.

You can also create routines to make it easier to keep track of time when you do a group of tasks together in a defined time, like the steps to get ready for work or a workout at the gym.

Recording how your day went in a journal, can be an helpful way of improving mental health.
