All this data is tracked within the app so you can sync as many times as you like and whenever you like without data being duplicated with Health. Your data does not leave the device in any way, all data is stored and managed on device.
Currently the app only supports daily syncing. Some data points will be available to sync with past date data in the future.

Version 2.0
Health Sync 2.0 has arrived. In this update we have fixed a lot of problems addressed by users. There include but not are limited to :
- A new modern interface for 2019
- Fixes sleep sync issue, where data was being added for a day ahead.
- Fixes protein sync issue, where protein data was not added as a macronutrient
- Fixes weight sync issue, where users weight were not added on the correct day

Hängt oft, geht langsam voran
Ist okey für eine kostenlose App
Funktioniert anfangs sehr gut.
Leider wird nach einer gewissen Zeit die Schritte nicht mehr übertragen alles andere sonst wird synchronisiert.
Damit die Schritte auch wieder übertragen werden, muss ich die App neu herunterladen.
Top! 100% Übertragung im Gegensatz zu anderen Sync Apps!
Bin begeistert, bei anderen Syncs immer wesentlicher Verlust, z. B. bei der Schrittanzahl. Hier, mehrere Tage getestet, immer 100% übertragen.
