👾I’ve always used the fitmencook website to find the best most healthiest meals out thereⅤ+. I’ve been meal prepping for 3-*4years now.♧ When I found the website I was so grateful for all the new healthy recipes to try.➨ Yet,{ when I saw there was an app and got it.% It was life changing.‵ I didn’t have to hand write my personal grocery list along with the items from the recipes€, instead able to add it all into the app💀. Instead of writing down my meals for the week💀, I was able to just go back and review them under the meal planning section.👻 I can adjust the serving sizes to what I need and it update the grocery list to go with my serving sizes per each meal♨. Honestly the app just makes meal prepping and eating healthy easier in general even for someone who has been doing it for years=. I recommend to all my friends who ask me about meal prepping and eating healthier♧

I’m a very busy mom with a full time career and have a husband who recently decided to go back to school for a second degree. Time is not on my friend. This app has been a lifesaver. The recipes for the most part are winners for a family of four. We no longer ask “what’s for dinner” or have to make a meal off the cuff. That’s another thing， not just one dish that I have to then plan sides for. The recipes are very time friendly and easy to follow. I love the fact it tells me exactly what I need to buy and how much. I also love that it imports my shopping list to Kroger’s pickup. Speaking of groceries， this app has saved me a ton of money and significantly reduced food waste! I’ve used this app for almost two months now and only repeated a recipe twice and that was on request. Highly recommend!， This is an entire meal

which I could edit based on what I already had， or nurtured by me except in fits and bursts. I decided to change that. This app is just perfection. I started by choosing four large meals for a week based on a surplus of beef in our freezer. It generated a grocery list with exactly what was needed， or things I also needed. This may sound trivial，I’ve never been one to cook from scratch. It just wasn’t a skill passed down， and my family enjoys delicious home made meals. I’ve loved all eight recipes I’ve made so far. THIS APP IS THE BEST!!!， but for me this is HUGE. I actually LOVE cooking now that those steps are taken care of for me
