Seems to work fine…

I’m new to this APP and so far it works as advertised.
4 stars “only” as I would like to change my password in the APP.

Kia ora, thanks for your feedback. I've passed this onto the team to add to our development backlog. In the meantime, you can change your password through the app by logging out and tapping 'Forgot user ID or password' on the login screen. This will guide you through setting a new password. Please note that you must have already set up your security questions in the app to use this option (found in settings).
