Noch immer nicht brauchbar!
Die App gibt es jetzt seit mehreren Jahren. Noch immer hat man es nicht geschafft (oder nicht für nötig gehalten), gravierende Fehler zu beheben.
Bei jedem Start der App muss ich meine Nutzerdaten neu eingeben, obwohl der „remember me“ Schieber aktiviert ist. Damit fängt es an. Aber es geht weiter: alle naselang hängt sich die App auf und es bleibt einem nichts anderes übrig, als von vorn anzufangen. Am übelsten ist es, wenn das am Ende des Buchungsvorgangs bei der Zahlungsbestätigung passiert! Hat es jetzt geklappt oder nicht???
Ich habe es aufgegeben, die App zu benutzen. Es gibt schon genug andere Dinge, über die man sich den Tag über ärgern muss, eine App brauche ich dafür nicht auch noch!
Gestrandet in Hamburg
Rückflug aus Asien 28h unterwegs Berlin war unser Ziel . Leider wurde unser Anschluss Flug gestrichen CORONA !!! Oneway Golf nach Berlin . Super Desk Manager nahm uns 2 Die Sorgen nach Hause zu kommen 😁Danke danke danke !!!! Roland B.
Login nicht möglich - telefonische Abzocke
Anscheinend wird die App nicht mehr supported, es ist kein Login möglich. Für ein Unternehmen was weltweit agiert erwartet man wenigstens das eine App/ Website ordnungsgemäß funktioniert/ up to date ist... unglaublich.
Für manche Standorte gilt, solange man nicht eingeloggt ist kann man Fahrzeuge buchen und die Preise einsehen, sobald man aber eingeloggt ist und den ganzen Kram für die Registrierung und Anmeldung hinter sich hat, bekommt man ein Button zu sehen wo man sich doch bitte telefonisch um eine reservation kümmern soll. Lächerlich...
