MIX & MATCH Cue also gives you creative control to cook meals around the ingredients you have on hand. Select a main ingredient and pair it with the sauce of your choice. Keep it simple or make it special. PRECISION TEMPERATURE CONTROL What temperature is “med-high”? Or “high”? With Cue, you get the exact temperature you need at that exact moment. Crispy salmon skin is best seared at 435 degrees. Cue eliminates the guesswork through each step of every recipe.
