Hoki ist super App hat noch Ausbau Bedarf
Die App funktioniert wie sie soll, was allerdings verbessert werden müsste, dass man eine gebuchte Fahrt noch bearbeiten kann z. Bsp. die Personenzahl oder Zeit ändern. Das geht leider nicht man muss die Fahrt komplett stornieren und neu buchen, das ist in meinen Augen unnötig. Da auch der Hinweis kommt, wenn man zu oft storniert wird man gesperrt. Ansonsten alles super 👍
Handy Nummer notwendig
Beim Start wird als erstes die Handynummer abgefragt um einen Code zu senden.
Weshalb benötigen Sie die Handynummer??
Ich kriege so schon viel zu viele Werbeanrufe und Werbe-SMS. Für die Dienstleistung des Hoki Bus ist eine Handynummer nicht notwendig!! App gleich wieder gelöscht!
Die Idee mit dem Hoki Bus ist gut, aber die sehr schlechte Umsetzung der App mit Handynummerzwang wird der der Hoki Bus kein Erfolg werden.
