Ticket buchen leicht gemacht
Die App bietet eine gute Auswahl an Aktivitäten und der Erwerb von Tickets ist einfach. Applepay und Paypal gehen und viele andere auch. Ticket kommt dann per Email und kann auch direkt in App heruntergeladen werden. Einzig die Übersetzung hat leichten Verbesserungsbedarf, z.B. Vorgehen anstatt weiter. Und dort, wo man seinen Namen eintragen soll, steht Name des Ferienortes.
Funktioniert ganz prima!
Schade, dass einige wegen einem kurzfristigen Problem diese tolle App so schlecht bewerten! Ich habe die App in unserem letzten Urlaub am Gardasee entdeckt und habe 2 super Schnapper gemacht! Der nächste Trip nach London steht bevor und ich bin nun dabei auch dafür die Angebote zu checken! Ich kann die App empfehlen, sie funktioniert und die Angebote ebenfalls!
Toller Kundenservice
Die App ist einfach zu bedienen und man bekommt viele nützliche Informationen. Auch die Tickets können einfach gebucht werden.
Kundenservice reagiert sofort bei Fragen und ist Top 👍
Die erworbenen Tickets sollten in der App direkt abrufbar sein, so hätte man alles an einem Ort. Lässt sich ja vielleicht noch einbauen.
