Apps works perfectly fine

The app works very well and is easy to understand.
Though, I have ordered 6 taxis until now, 3 of them 2-3 hours in advance but there was never a taxi available. When you order in advance you give the time when the taxi shall arrive. 10min before that time you get a notification that there is no taxi close to you. So you also don't have any time to order a different one.
That's why 1/5 stars

Location handling is missing

The overall service is much better than that of several competitors. The app is missing a lot of functions compared to e.g. bolt. The worst thing is that it is not possible to enter a precise address including number. This is a no-go.
