Support praktisch nicht vorhanden!
Mein Flug wurde durch die Fluggesellschaft storniert und das Geld an hopper zurückgezahlt. Nun warte ich seit Ende Februar an die Rückerstattung von hopper.
Wenn man nicht gerade 30€ für “premium support” ausgeben möchte, ist support praktisch nicht vorhanden. Ich habe das Gefühl dass hopper entweder möchte dass man sie für den Support bezahlt oder erst gar nicht kontaktiert.
Der Support-Bereich in der App ist so unglaublich kompliziert und widersprüchlich gestaltet, was es sehr mühselig macht in Kontakt mit den Kundenservice zu kommen. Über ein Kontaktformular habe ich dann mein Anliegen geschildert und habe nach satten 13 Tagen eine Antwort bekommen. Das war dann aber auch die letzte Nachricht von hopper. Seit mehr als drei Wochen warte ich nun auf eine Antwort..
