Trauriger Auftritt/ Das Internet ist für uns alle Neuland
Immer noch keine Anpassung für das IPad (Querformat), seit heute (oder schon länger)funktioniert in der App mein Login nicht mehr obwohl das Passwort im Schlüsselbund gespeichert ist. Passwort zurückgesetzt : neues Passwort, altes Problem. Seltsamerweise funktioniert derselbe Login auf der Internetseite. Auf der kann ich jedoch nicht nach meinen vergangenen Einkäufen schauen, welche ich alle schon einmal sehen konnte, sondern kann nur nach Onlineaufträgen schauen. Die Suche ist auch eine Katastrophe, man muss am besten genau wissen wie der Artikel heißt damit es gut funktioniert. Hand drauf ihr Macher und willkommen im digitalen Zeitalter. Zumindest funktioniert Euer analoger Baumarkt besser.
Praktisch und hilfreich!
Die App ist sehr praktisch, wenn man mal schnell etwas bei Hornbach kaufen möchte. Da ich eh nur mit meinem Smartphone unterwegs bin, nutze ich sie auch gerne. Sie ist sehr einfach zu bedienen und zudem auch schön gestaltet. Ich kann die Hornbach App nur weiterempfehlen!
Einfach super!
Ich finde die App klasse. Man findet schnell, was man sucht, kann ggf. auf weitere Infos zugreifen (Verfügbarkeit, Datenblätter, Bedienungsanleitungen etc.), kann alles entweder direkt aus der App zur Abholung reservieren lassen oder sich zum selbst holen die Standorte anzeigen lassen. Auch die Scan Funktion ist super, sowohl für Artikel als auch für das Abspeichern von Kassenzetteln.
Einzige Anregung: ich fände die Bedienung intuitiver, wenn man die Funktion „zurück“ über Wischen nach rechts ausführen könnte und das Menü (das man jetzt über genau diese Wischgeste aufrufen kann) oben auf einen Button legen würde.
