HotLog also gives you insights into your sauna habits by appealing statistics so you can see whether you sweat as often as you would like to.
If you want to, HotLog tracks all your sessions as workouts in Apple Health.

Simpel und super praktisch
Perfekte App um Saunagänge zu dokumentieren. Nutze sie seit über einem Jahr gerne und ständig. Simpel und funktioniert. Würde mir noch eine Erweiterung für die Watch wünschen. So könnte man schon während des Saunierens aufzeichnen und ich würde es nicht jedes mal vergessen.
Gute App
Finde die App sehr gut mit Health Integration.
Bei mir werden aber die Kalorien angezeigt...
