Beschreibung

With the HSL app you can buy tickets for Helsinki region public transport, find the best routes and get targeted traffic information. In the HSL app you will find e.g. single, day and season tickets for both adults and children. Bus, train, metro, tram and ferry – all with the same app. You can pay easily e.g. with a payment card.

In addition to tickets, there is also a journey planner in the HSL app. Journey planner tells you e.g. the best route and the ticket, which is needed for the route. In the HSL app, you can also see up-to-date transport information for the areas and lines you have selected.

HSL app does not support Siri shortcuts.

Very helpful

Makes travelling very easy in Helsinki

App is fine, but data privacy a problem

The app in general is fine and worked well when I used it. However, I deleted my private account, but I am still receiving email newsletters. Unsubscribing doesn’t work, because I would have to access my profile, which does not exist anymore. All links in the email itself to get in touch with customer support forward to a 502 error. Website not accessible at all via search - 502 error. Not ideal I would say. Apart from that, shouldn’t all data be deleted once the account is closed? Makes me wonder … Would be great if y’all could fix that so I can unsubscribe.

Bodenlos schlecht. Not compatible with foreign phone numbers AT ALL. Not even trying to. Do better

As of our latest update, buying single tickets and 1-3 day tickets does not require authentication on the app so you can buy tickets without needing to receive a confirmation SMS. To access this mode, make sure to select "Continue as Guest" when prompted with the option to create an account.
