Worst delivery application ever

I’ve used this application six times and not even once they delivered the order correctly. of course the helpline is absolutely useless!! If you want to contact them you have to speak to them through Twitter!, so the customer service is really bad.
There are many bette delivery applications than this one. I highly do not recommend this application!!
