Description

With the help of iBurndown you can systematically lose weight and record your body weight, muscle mass and body fat percentage.

The weight is displayed in a burndown chart. The actual course of the weight can be compared with a straight line of constant weight loss rate.

The entries are synchronized between devices via iCloud.

You also have the option of calculating body mass index (BMI) and basal metabolic rate (BMR) in a fitness view and displaying information on these parameters.

The app also calculates the date when you can reach the goal based on the targeted weight loss speed.
