good but could need some improvements

I like this game a lot, but seem to have problems finding where to upgrade stuff that I need to for quests. For example where do you upgrade customers flow? It would be nice to be able to click on the quest and it takes you to the room where southaven to upgrade.

Is the game dead?

I just paid 22 euro for the game yesterday and now I see I seem to be the only one playing due to the rankings and there are only two level. Are the developers going to add new stuff to the game or is it abandoned? Is there a way to get a refund?
