IDnow VideoIdent: Our default identification method will connect you with one of our ident specialists via video chat. This expert will guide you throughout the entire process. Have your ID document ready and just follow the easy instructions.
IDnow eID: Where applicable, you may have the option to quickly verify your identity via a German electronic ID card without the need for a video chat. All you need is an NFC-enabled smartphone that serves as a card-reader and securely transmits the encrypted data of your eID.
IDnow eSign: You will also be able to digitally sign relevant documents at the end of the video identification process. The process can be completed in just a few minutes from the comfort of your home, avoiding any media mismatch or need of additional hardware.

Unfreundlich, lange Wartezeit, unnötig kompliziert
Normalerweise schreibe ich weder gute noch schlechte Rezessionen, da vor allem schlechte Rezensionen meist emotionsgetrieben sind und zufriedene Kunden meist still sind. Aber hier muss ich meinen Unmut Kund tun. Ich wollte mich per Browser legitimieren, wo ich über 20 Minuten gewartet habe und am Ende funktionierte das Bild und der Ton des Mitarbeiters nicht und ich würde rausgeworfen. Dann lud ich mir die App runter und wartete wieder über 10 Minuten, obwohl da steht innerhalb von 2 min käme ein Mitarbeiter. Der Mitarbeiter selbst hatte schon einen genervten Ton in seiner Stimme und war sehr unfreundlich, worauf ich auch unfreundlich reagierte. Statt einfach meinen Ausweis vorzuzeigen wie bspw bei der Post mit deren IdentVerfahren musste ich tausend fragen beantworten, tausend Fotos von meinem Ausweis in verschiedenen Winkeln wegen irgendwelcher Hologramme machen lassen, die ich noch nie bemerkt habe. Das Verfahren hat unnötig lange in Anspruch genommen. Ich verstehe, dass es gesetzliche Vorgaben gibt, aber ich verwende schon lange Online Dienste und solche Legitimationen, weil diese schnell und unkompliziert funktionieren sollen, aber sowas negatives ist mir noch passiert. Sollte ein Service diesen Anbieter verwenden, werde ich entweder künftig in die Filiale fahren oder eine Möglichkeit nutzen oder einfach einen anderen Service nutzen. Die positiven Meldungen kann ich nicht verstehen.

Guten Tag, der App selbst hat gut funktioniert obwohl beim ersten mal könnte der Mitarbeiter es nicht zum erfolgreichen Abschluss bringen. Somit habe ich einen zweiten Anlauf genommen und die Mitarbeiterin hat es geschafft. Was ich jedoch bemängele ist das zur Identifikation kein Aufenthaltserlaubnis akzeptiert wird. Die heutigen Aufenthaltserlaubnisse sind hoch modern und mit allen Informationen versehen, Adresse, Bild, Unterschrift, Geburtsdatum, zwei Hologramme und sogar mit integrierten aber nicht ersichtlichen Fingerabdruck.
Bei soviel und die aktuelle Stand der Technik, kann ich nicht verstehen und nicht nachvollziehen warum das nicht akzeptiert wird. Ich habe das gleiche Problem bei einen DHL Poststelle auch erlebt und reichte hier auch eine schriftliche Beschwerde ein da ich durch diesen Problem auch zwei oder drei Tage gebraucht habe um meine Ware zu erhalten der bereits bezahlt war und somit bereits mein Eigentum die ich aber nicht gleich ausgehändigt bekam.
