Alles ist übersichtlich und genau
Eigentlich gut, App aber verbesserungswürdig
Ich nutze ImmoScout24 als Plus-User und bin eigentlich ziemlich zufrieden. Aber seit einiger Zeit kann ich für die App keine Push-Benachrichtigungen mehr aktivieren. Nutze iPhone 11 mit iOS 14. Wenn ich innerhalb der App die Benachrichtigungen aktivieren möchte, werde ich zu den App-Einstellungen weitergeleitet. Allerdings kann man beim iPhone dort keine Einstellungen bezüglich Benachrichtigungen vornehmen. Das würde in dem Bereich „Mitteilungen“ gehen. Nur taucht dort die App als einzige nicht auf. Alle anderen installierten Apps schon. Somit kann ich mich nicht benachrichtigen lassen, wenn neue Angebote meine Suchkriterien erfüllen. Und damit ist die App für mich unbrauchbar.
Ein weiterer Kritikpunkt: Wenn ich vom PC aus eine Erst-Nachricht verschicke, wird mir immer der zuletzt verschickte Text als Grundlage angeboten. So muss ich nicht immer alles komplett neu formulieren. In der App gibt es dieses Feature leider nicht und es ist sehr umständlich, am Handy alte Nachrichten zu suchen und das Anschreiben von dort zu kopieren.
Update: Nach einer Neuinstallation funktionieren die Push-Benachrichtigungen wieder.

Keine Funktion zum Deaktivieren
Die App bietet einen guten Einblick in die derzeit verfügbaren Suchergebnisse mit schneller Möglichkeit zur Kontaktaufnahme. Im Kontaktformular findet sich jeweils der zuletzt versandte Text, das ist sehr praktisch. Etwas verwirrend ist zu Anfang die Startseite mit den „Empfehlungen“, die der eingestellten Suche nur ähneln und manchmal einfach gar nicht passen. Da ist die App aber lernfähig. In den Suchergebnissen lassen sich Anzeigen favorisieren und ausblenden.
Etwas unpraktisch ist es, wenn ein Anbieter sein Angebot aufgrund der Vielzahl an Reaktionen sehr schnell deaktiviert und erst anschließend auf die Kontaktanfrage reagiert. Dann lässt sich nämlich das Angebot nur noch teilweise aufrufen. Wer sich nicht die Details zu jeder einzelnen Wohnung schon vorher rausgeschrieben hat, kann sich nur bedingt auf den Besichtigungstermin vorbereiten.
Ansonsten ist die App sehr eifrig darin, einen zu sich automatisch verlängernden Abonnements unterschiedlicher Größenordnung sowie zur Einspeisung von immer mehr Informationen anzuregen. Wenn man dann aber eine Funktion sucht, um das Ganze wieder rückgängig zu machen, sprich das Profil zu deaktivieren, ist diese in der App unauffindbar und es braucht den Umweg über die Webseite. Nicht sehr benutzerfreundlich.
