Really? Anyone heard of UX here?

Can you all have a half hour meeting and fix this issue of partially loaded articles when you first click on a specific story? I realized much later than only when I scroll past the end, I get to see the full story which otherwise doesn’t load on first click. And how terrible is the way it brings the rest of the text back in!!! Basic UX guys- don’t irritate your users with such silliness that can be fixed in 30 minutes.

Pictures do not load in the app so makes it text dense and not easy to read

Bad app experience

It says my email has no access to E-paper but doesn't show how to get it. There is no way to send feedback or contact in the app.
