Zwischenzeitlich war die App insbesondere bei der Verwendung des Softphone (wofür sie ja primär ist) wirklich schlecht. Inzwischen kann man sie jedoch sehr gut nutzen. Lediglich der Ziffernblock ist manchmal etwas träge und man muss darauf achten, dass auch alle Ziffern übernommen wurden. Aber auch das ist deutlich besser als in älteren Versionen.
Leider kann man nicht in einem Gespräch das Netzwerk wechseln, also z.B. das Gebäude verlassen - es erfolgt keine automatische Umschaltung von WLAN auf LTE. Das geht aber auch nicht mit der GSM-Rufnummer, wenn man hier WLAN-Call aktiv hat.
Zu der Bewertung, dass die App sich nicht beenden lässt, vermute ich ein Verständnisproblem. Solange eine Standardapp für Telefon (grüner Haken an der App) gesetzt ist, wird die App bei einem Anruf neu gestartet. Um ‚Ruhe‘ zu haben, darf keine Standardapp ausgewählt sein. Das ist ja bei der originalen Telefon-App des IPhone sowie jedem Messanger auch so. WhatsApp muss man deinstallieren um deine Ruhe zu haben ;-)
App ist vielseitig einsetzbar
Die Softphone App und die RCC-App, mit der ich auch GSM verwenden kann funktionieren richtig gut. Zudem gefällt mir die Flexibilität der App, auch andere Businessapplikationen genau so zur Verfügung zu haben, wie sie auf meinem Windows PC bereit stehen.
Perfekte Ergänzung zur Desktop Version
Funktioniert einwandfrei. Lediglich nach dem Update auf IOS17 funktionierte das annehmen über den Sperrbildschirm nicht mehr, was aber mittlerweile gepatcht wurde.
Insgesamt funktioniert die MyApps Suite deutlich besser als Konkurrenzprodukte.
