How to Check Pulse Using Finger:
- First, make sure your fingers aren’t cold. When checking your pulse, be sure your fingertip completely covers the camera lens and flashlight.
- Press gently with your finger. Pressing too hard may result in reduced blood flow, which will make it more difficult to get an accurate result.
The app requires iOS 14.0 or later. You can choose a free trial with all features available.

Die App ist gut da man gut seinen Puls messen kann ohne das man sich extra ein Gerät dafür kaufen muss und man nie weiß wo es ist deswegen finde ich die App sehr gut

Im Vergleich zu einem Puls-Oxixemeter waren die Ergebnisse ähnlich
Zu teuer
Die Art und Weise wie man hier in eine Abo gedrängt wird finde ich nicht in Ordnung. Beim Start der App gibt es drei Optionen: 3 Tage Probe dann Abo, sofort Abo und eine kostenlose Version. Der Link zum letztgenannten ist so versteckt, dass man gezielt danach suchen muss. Happy First Visit und somit gute User Experience geht anders.
Die Umsetzung in der App mit dem pulsierenden Herz finde ich spooky. Ansonsten funktioniert alles wie man es von dieser Art App kennt, dankenswerterweise auch ohne Registrierung und somit der Verarbeitung personenbezogener Daten ( hoffe ich! ) .
