Description
INR Diary assists in following up your anticoagulation programme. Insert the daily dose of your blood thinner medication (Warfarin, Coumadin, Marcoumar, Sintrom, Marevan, Falithrom, ...) for a certain period of time. You can add one dose at a time or multiple doses in bulk, according to a dose scheme. Doses can be expressed as an amount of pills or in milligrams. The app will remind you to take your daily dose at a personally configurable time.
Tap on your daily dose to confirm you've taken the blood thinner medication. The timestamp of confirmation is stored in the app. That way, you'll never forget if and at what time you've taken your medication.
The app can also record the INR measurements of your blood and visualizes the evolution of your INR in time. The app also reminds you when a new INR measurement is planned.
Dose and INR data can be exported or imported for backup purposes, or if you want to discuss this with your medical expert.

Genau das was ich gesucht habe!
Lange habe ich nach einer fähigen App gesucht! „Leider“ ist der INR Wert noch nicht so wichtig und bekannt wie zum Beispiel der Blutzuckerspiegel.
Daher gibt es kaum bis gar keine Auswahl!
Daher habe ich es riskiert und einfach mal blind gekauft. Was soll ich sagen? Besser geht es nicht! Ich nutze diese App erst einen Tag, aber würde diese sofort wieder kaufen! Jeden Cent wert! Endlich entfällt das blöde mitschleppen des Heftchens und man hat alles digital, auch für Besuche beim Arzt!
Ich hoffe, die App bleibt lange bestehen und vielleicht sogar mal mit einem Update (falls mal nötig) aktualisiert!

Tolle App, einfache Benutzung
Klar, eine Apple-Health-Integration wäre sehr wünschenswert, wie schon andere Benutzer schrieben; aber das kann man ja nicht den Entwicklern dieser App anlasten, da der Gerinnungsfaktor noch kein pflegbarer Wert zu sein scheint.
Toll wäre natürlich, wenn man die BT-Datenverbindung zu Geräten wie dem „CoaguChek“ nutzen könnte, aber man muss ja immer noch Platz für Erweiterungen haben. :-)
Ich bin jedenfalls sehr zufrieden.
DIE INR-App
Nicht ideal, hier und da etwas hakelig - aber definitiv die einzig gute INR-App im Store. Macht genau das was sie soll und erinnert zuverlässig. Lüft bei mir immer zusätzlich zu Medisafe, die ist aber auch etwas umfangreicher. INR-Tagebuch ist ganz klar nur für eure INR-Werte frei nach dem Motto Keep it Simple.
