InstaCal - Menu Bar Calendar 4+

Often I find the layout of iCal annoying because the events are displayed by the scale of the timeline. InstaCal looks more like a logfile. It displays also the notes with the event (hidden in iCal).It is quite unobstrusive as it can replace the date display in the menu bar. Yet it has the right size and it is very clearly comprehensible. New entries to the calendar are much easier than with iCal (especially chose time and date). Last but not least, it does not communicate with the world outside as it just uses the calendars already connected - it is a tool to make and read entries to your calenders in a better way. Guys, this is really really helpful, a big thank you. I recommend this app to any Mac user.

I was looking for a toolbar app that would let me see events from Google Calendar directly, without loading them into my computer. This one did the trick quite nicely. The UI is quite good, and so far it's been working flawlessly.
