good free app
this is a good simple app which allows you to fit 4:3 or 16:9 images into the instagram
square format without cropping. there are a bunch of other apps which offer this feature, but they're not as user friendly as this one. only 4 stars because there is no possibility to get a true white border. there is a color palette but all the white tones are tinted.
