How does it work?

The first step is to ensure that your mobile number is linked and registered to your account at your bank.
The second step is to ensure having a valid debit card for your bank accounts.
To onboard Meeza Prepaid cards you can use the prepaid card number.
Select your bank and follow the registration process from the app.

Idea is amazing, keep operations running needs improvement

Of course having a one stop application to connect personal accounts, wallets, and instant transfers is AMAZING. A well thought idea from Egyptian Financial Sectors.

Downsides so far:
1. No notification when session expires or automatic redirects to login screen
2. Service gets disrupted more often that before. The app loses backend connection with one bank maybe. You get a meaningless message says Request denied try back later! Get a better monitoring to backend connection and improve the message content
3. WhatsApp support service sucks. It has limited number of choices, and missing any possibility to connect with a support agent!

Works great

This app works perfectly and I never faced any issues when transferring money. Not sure about the limitations that the app doesn't work outside egypt - but if so, this has to be solved of course. Overall a great app.

Connecting from outside Egypt

The application is not connected when I am not in Egypt. Please remove this security restriction. Thats the idea of having online banking. Is to be able to access it from anywhere
