Habe mir diese Woche ein Spinningbike zugelegt und dann direkt mal die App runtergeladen. Macht riesig Spaß, läuft super mit Spotify und die Trainings motivieren! Einfach mega :)

Super App
Nach langer bin ich wieder ins Spinning eingestiegen. Die App liefert via Spotify tolle synchrone Musik zu den jeweiligen Trainigsabschnitten. Diese sind sehr gut zwischen Warm-UP und Cool-Dowm choreografiert.
Das Training kann je nach Anspruch und Ziel gewählt werden. Das übersichtliche UI ist leicht verständlich und auch auf dem Smartphone sehr gut lesbar.
Das gute ist auch, dass kein zusätzliches Equipment benötigt wird (außer Spotify wenn man die Playlists nutzen möchte). Einfach loslegen und die Musik gibt den passenden Rhythmus zum Treten vor.
Macht Spaß und ist sehr zu empfehlen!
