Description
Intertechno MasterGate allows you maximum freedom via Wi-Fi. You can easily change the assignment between sender and receiver via app, even for the duration of scenarios.
Through this Smart Home Central you can create scenarios and automation rules (triggers can be: approach / distance, time of day / day of the week, dusk). Infrared compatibility and voice control are no problem!
With our Smart Home Central, you can access your home app via voice worldwide, even via voice control. Be sure, even hundreds of miles away on vacation, that everything is switched off at home. Of course you can use our app on your smartphone or tablet.
In our app, you can easily set that is detected in a burglary by motion or magnetic switch, all the lights are set to the maximum level and the blinds are raised.

Einfach nur schlecht …
Ich habe den MG schon länger. Der ist so unzuverlässig. Ich gehe schon fast immer zu dem MG, um zu sehen, ob er reagiert, wenn ich was schalten will. Aber meistens nicht. Dann kurz vom Stromnetz trennen, dann reagiert er meistens. Ich habe nur Funksteckdosen und Rollladenschalter, die mit den Fernbedienungen übrigens immer funktionieren. Und die App, so umständlich programmiert, und kein zurück-Button und und und … Support reagiert aber gut. Habe IPhone X und XR, FRITZ!Box mit 2 Repeater. Jetzt lese ich zufällig Updaten auf 3.4? Aber wie? Und warum geht das nicht automatisch bzw. warum bekommt man kein Hinweis?? Muss ich die App etwa zuerst deinstallieren? Ich habe noch 3.0
Neues IPHONE und nichts geht mehr
Nachdem ich auf ein IPhone 14 gewechselt habe, geht leider nichts mehr! Eine sehr umfangreiche Intertechno Konfiguration, in drei verschiedenen Domizilen lässt sich nicht mehr bedienen.
Auch ein neu erworbener Mastergate reagiert nicht und lässt sich nicht in das WLAN Netz einbinden. (Findet das WLAN nicht)
Sehr schade, die Entwickler sollten das mal selbst testen. Also wer vor hat mit Produkten von Intertechno das Handy zu wechseln, lieber nicht!

Bitte aktualisieren Sie ihre intertechno MasterGate App. Ab iOS 16 ist muss die Netzwerkverbindung durch den Benutzer berechtigt werden. Im Anschluss an die Aktualisierung erfragt die App die erforderlichen Rechte und Ihr intertechno MasterGate ist wieder voll einsatzbereit.
Halb zufrieden
Die App funktioniert an sich wie es soll. Leider lässt er nicht zu Öffnungsrichtungen für Rollladen und Markisen umzukehren. Hierdurch werd das Kommando nach Alexa bzw. Google auch nicht richtig übertragen. Außerdem werden die Jalousie Autoren in Alexa als Lichtaktoren angezeigt und das läst sich auch nicht ändern. Hier ist dringen Handlungsbedarf
