With this app, charging at an IONITY station is just as convenient as finding one.

Navigation
• Search for and find the nearest or a specific IONITY charging station – the availability of all charging points is displayed in real time
• Use your favorite route planning app to get there
• Photos of stations facilitate orientation on site
Charging
• Conveniently start and end your charging session directly from the app – no interaction with the charging station is necessary
• Track the charging progress and receive a push notification at 80% or 100% (according to your personal preference)
• QR code scanner included as alternative to start charging session

IONITY PASSPORT
Passports are for travelling – and so is the IONITY PASSPORT. This subscription tariff is aimed at frequent drivers, in particular travellers who want to use IONITY’s pan-European fast charging network.

• Low monthly subscription fee
• Flexible term; can be cancelled at any time with one month prior notice

Sinn dieser App-Version nicht erkennbar
Der Nutzen der aktuellen Version dieser App erschließt sich mir nicht mehr. Früher konnte man auf der Karte die verfügbaren Ladestationen sehen. Inzwischen sieht man nur noch eine leere Karte. Keine Suchfunktion vorhanden. Zahlungsbedingungen kann man auch nicht hinterlegen, der Dialog verbleibt in einer Endlosschleife. Hier sollten die Entwickler schnellstens nachbessern
Update: nachdem ich die App vom iPhone vollständig deinstalliert und anschließend neu installiert sowie mich neu angemeldet habe, funktioniert die App wieder.
Geplante Ladesäulen!
Finde es nach wie vor doof, dass man keine geplanten Ladesäulen, bzw. die bereits in Konstruktion sind, mit in der App angezeigt werden. Könnte man mit Farben sogar separat hervorheben, z.B. grau für geplante, gelb für sich in Bau befindende und grün für 6 Monate, ab Inbetriebnahme!
Und was ist mit den 4 Ionity-Ladesäulen in Scarlino/Toskana? Die Säulen stehen ja schon seit Mai 2021 dort an der Via Aurelia (SS1) auf dem Gelände der dortigen Eni-Tankstelle. Und gerade da fehlen überhaupt solche Lademöglichkeiten (Maremma - der ganze toskanische Küstenbereich dort, runter bis Monte Argentario).
Auf Mailanfragen bei Ionity erhält man keine Antwort. Das es technische Probleme oder Schwierigkeiten mit den Behörden, besonders auch im Ausland geben kann, ist ja nichts außergewöhnliches. Aber warum hüllt man sich da so ins Schweigen??? Jede Aktivität für neue Ladesäulen ist doch hervorragend!
SMS Verifizierung klappt nicht
Leider kann ich den Prozess nicht abschließen, auch mehrmaliger Anforderung der SMS kommt nix an. Dann brauch ich die App nicht wenn ich sie nicht nutzen kann
Update:
Einen Tag später hat alles funktioniert. Die Rechnungsadresse muss man über den Zugang auf der Homepage anlegen. Über die Bedienbarkeit beim Laden kann ich noch nichts sagen, da nich nicht ausprobiert.
