This app is an iOS port for iperf3, which is the most commonly used network testing and performance computation tool. Iperf is a tool to measure maximum TCP bandwidth, allowing the tuning of various parameters and UDP characteristics.

IMPORTANT
This application is based on iperf 3.6, which is not compatible with the legacy iperf (version 1.x and 2.x). And it may have some minor issues with the other iperf3 versions.

Awesome app.
Awesome app, does all I need. Of course you have to make sure versions are compatible, but then the apps works flawlessly. A great way to test the connection quality with your iPhone or iPad.
Unfortunately the app doesn't work in the background or when the screen is turned off. This should be implemented or at least the screen should be prevented from turning off automatically.
Does not work as expected
Cannot connect to the FRITZ!Box iPerf service. Also it is iPerf3 and not iPerf.
