Description
Jamf Parent empowers parents to manage their children's school-issued devices. Nicht sehr hilfreich
App ist leider nicht wirklich praktikabel, ich habe eine Sperre nach Standort,aber auch hier muss ich aktiv eingreifen das die Apps auch wirklich gesperrt sind zumal wie schon in der anderen Bewertung dauert es ewig bis es umgesetzt wird,leider nicht wirklich hilfreich die App
Umschalten der Zeitfenster funktioniert nicht
Wir nutzen die Jamf parent App zur Unterscheidung im Schulmodus und im privaten Modus.
Hierzu habe ich verschiedene Zeitfenster in den Geräteregeln definiert. Leider funktioniert die Umschaltung nicht automatisch, was zur Folge hat, dass Apps entsprechend im Schulmodus auch weiter gesperrt bleiben, obwohl sie laut Zeitfenster freigegeben sein sollten.
Wo hier nun der Fehler liegt, kann ich leider nicht erkennen, denn nach meinem Verständnis sollte das über den entsprechenden Server sichergestellt sein. Vielleicht können sich die Entwickler das Problem mal genauer anschauen.
So ist die App leider wenig hilfreich.
Zu langsame Reaktion
Also die Reaktion ist sehr sehr langsam. z.B. mein Sohn hat 19 % Akku auf dem iPad aber auf der App steht 65 %. Und die App Sperren werden auch erst nach 5-10 Minuten aktiviert. Würde mich über eine Erklärung über den Akkustand sehr freuen.
