Es dürfte doch wirklich kein Problem sein einen Hinweis auf den Screen für die Credentials zu geben. Die Seite Support verlinkt auf einen Blog ohne weitere Informationen.
Eine URL blind einzugeben ist wohl recht eigenartig.
Ein Screenshot mit name, Passwort und Url wäre wohl zu einfach gewesen.
